Our Services

We are dedicated to improving access to healthcare for under-served communities by providing health insurance enrollment counseling and community health education.  We work to reduce barriers to care and promote long-term well-being in the communities we serve.

Health Insurance Counseling

Roughly 1.2 million eligible Californians remain uninsured, many due to language or affordability barriers.  At Caritas Community Health Empowerment, our trained counselors help low-income families navigate the confusing enrollment process for Covered California and other affordable health plans. By helping families enroll or renew, we reduce emergency care dependency, support preventive health, and strengthen community well-being.

Health Education Workshops

Caritas Community Health Empowerment offers a series of health-related workshops designed to provide individuals and families with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their well-being. These workshops focus on everyday practices that promote healthier lifestyles and increase awareness of the environmental factors that affect physical and mental health.
